They will take explore a theme at more depth than is usually possible in a two hour class.  And there will usually be an opportunity to experience a Movement Medicine Ceremony.

So, for example, A New Year workshop might give some space to dance deeply to receive what the past year has meant, both in terms of achievement and gifts and in terms of sadnesses and losses.  And it will offer an opportunity to dream and dance with the year to come.

Or a workshop may take a particular aspect of our human condition to find out how Movement Medicine can support us to live more authentically and with more presence and joy.
